Founded in late 2003 JMG Capital Partners has since become a leader in creative bridge and mezzanine finance sourcing, private placements and a multitude of additional financing strategies.

Originally intended as a debt only financing avenue we were slowly pulled into additional transactions that did not originally fit our business mold. We soon found it necessary to expand operations into a far wider realm of capital sourcing. Based on market fluctuations over the last 5 years it became evident that past antiquated lending and borrowing practices were changing drastically. We feel that within the current market we are the best suited resource for creative financing, whether short term or long.
